Actor Justin Long is unloading his Hollywood Hills home for $2.1 million and RadarOnline.com has all the photos and details.
Nestled above the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, the 3,388 square-foot home features 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, along with a rustic garden-door entrance leading to the front door.
Justin, 35, bought the home in 2008 for $1,999,000 and has since tried to sell the home unsuccessfully a handful of times, Trulia.com reports.
The actor — who once dated Drew Barrymore — is reportedly dating actress Amanda Seyfried and between the budding romance and the work he's lined up on the east coast, he just doesn't need the home anymore.
The house also boasts numerous balconies, two fireplaces, a loft, a bar and an outdoor space with a large lawn and fruit trees.
Fun fact, the home was also once owned by actor Blair Underwood.
