A Rhode Island man is in custody on $100,000 bail, as police say he was arrested for spending nearly a week at Jennifer Lopez's Hamptons mansion while the singer was out of town, RadarOnline.com has learned.
John Dubis, 49, was arrested in connection with burglary, criminal contempt, stalking and possession of burglar tools Aug. 8 in the incident, as he was spotted when her house staff saw him in the singer's pool house.
J.Lo, who purchased the eight-bedroom, 7 1/2-bath home in the playground of the socially-elite this past May for $10 million, had previously obtained a restraining order against Dubis.
Dubis had been there six days, according to a report from the NY Post, brazenly parking his car out front and sending pics of his misadventures via social media under the phone name, "David A Lopez."
Dubis told police he actually helped clean up the back of the property, the paper reported. He told both J.Lo's house staff and police that he was the singer's ex-husband and baby daddy. Dubis also admitted to masturbating in her backyard, telling police he figured the American Idol beauty hoped he'd “spread his seed throughout the world,” an insider told the paper.
