Both sides may be declaring victory, but the end result is the same -- Kenya Moore is 'Gone With The Wind!'

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is moving out of the the $3999-a-month mansion she leased in the latest sordid chapter in the bitter eviction case, as RadarOnline.com first reported.

In a dramatic day and just hours before she was expected in a Fulton County, Ga., courtroom, police were called to the suburban Roswell home that featured on the Bravo show, responding to a complaint of suspicious vehicles parked out the front of the 42-year-old's rental.

As it turned out, those vehicles were movers -- getting a head start of the reality star's departure from the luxurious six-bedroom digs.

Later, Moore squared off with a lawyer for landlord Conya Dillon Weems in the Magistrate Court of Fulton County.

Emerging from the courtroom, both sides declared victory in the case. But the result seemed a moot point, as the disgruntled landlord and her equally as furious tenant took massive swipes at each other.

"Today’s victory proves that celebrities can fight back and not be victimized by people who wish to lie about them and use their name for the sake of publicity," Moore told RadarOnline.com.

Dillon, on the hand, insisted: "I am blessed and very relieved she has to vacate my home."

The landlord added, "I don't care what Kenya is telling everybody... She lied about renting the home and about her boyfriend, amongst other things.

"She begged me to lease my home and live a pretend lifestyle she couldn't afford. She will get hers in the end - no doubt… I don't live a fake life.

"I am disappointed that Kenya hasn't used her pageant life experience to be more of a model citizen for young girls. She is definitively no role model. It is apparent that she is lonely, bitter and very unhappy."

The biggest victor could be Moore's neighbors, however, who had labelled the reality star the ultimate neighbor from hell.

"The community is rejoicing," one neighbor told Radar.

"The quiet Roswell community is ecstatic that Kenya is finally 'Gone With The Wind' and their dog walkers can finally get back to their jobs without being questioned by paparazzi!"
