Joanna wed the hunky nightclub owner at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort in Carlsbad, Calif. in front of 150 guests, including her Bravo castmates Lisa Hochstein, Adriana DeMoura and Alexia Echevarria.
Joanna looked ravishing in a strapless, $30,000 Chagoury Couture gown -- decked out in Swarovski crystals and rhinestones -- as she made her way down the wedding aisle with a bouquet of white roses and hydrangeas in hand.
The 34-year-old Polish-born beauty, who finished in the top four on Dancing with the Stars in 2009, had been dating Zago the the past five years.
The nuptials were filmed for the Real Housewives of Miami's third season, which begins airing in August.
