Jenelle Evans has a slew of legal charges pending against her for her arrest for possession of heroin and assault but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that she isn’t going to face a judge for those charges yet.
The Teen Mom star was scheduled to appear in a North Carolina court on Monday, July 1 on the charges of possession of heroin following her April 23 arrest with her husband Courtland Rogers but a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com that the hearing is going to work out in her favor.
“Jenelle’s Monday court hearing is going to be postponed,” the source said.
“The grand jury hasn’t returned an indictment of her yet either.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Jenelle is facing felony charges for the drug possession and her attorney Dustin Sullivan said she could be facing up to two years in jail if she is convicted.
She was also charged with assault and the hearing on that is scheduled for the end of July.
