Police allege the ex-Nickelodeon star threw a bong out the window of her apartment when they arrived at the scene.

In court the next day, the headline grabbing actress said police "improperly arrested" her for throwing a bong out the window, because she said, it was actually a vase!

Bynes was released her on her own recognizance and is due back in court on July 9.
