June 25 was supposed to be an exciting day for Teen Mom 2 star Adam Lind’s pregnant girlfriend Taylor Halbur as she had an appointment to get an ultrasound at her OB-GYN.

“Get to see my little peanut today,” Taylor tweeted.

But what was supposed to be a happy moment quickly turned into learning some “scary” news.

“This first half of this appointment did not go as well as hoped,” Taylor said.

Taylor was fine, but she revealed that something wasn’t right with her baby.

“Baby just isn't growing the way she's supposed to .  3lbs 3ounces,” she said.

But instead of placing Taylor on bed rest, her doctor told her to just be careful.

“they just said to watch myself,” she said.

And the doctor will be checking up on the baby’s progress soon enough.

“I have another ultrasound in two weeks to make sure everything is still ok” Taylor said.

Despite all the hatred Adam has received from Teen Mom fans for the horrible way he treated his ex Chelsea Houska and their 3-year-old daughter in the past, Taylor is looking forward to welcoming their own child this August.

“"I'm due in August and the pregnancy is going very well,” she told Gather.com in April.

“Adam and I are both very excited about it and couldn't be happier. We both are hoping for a boy, but either way we won't be disappointed. We have a few names picked out, but won't be releasing them at this time.”
