Ryan Seacrest Sued For $75K By Producer For Unauthorized Use Of His Music On Kardashian Reality Show!

A music producer is suing Ryan Seacrest Productions and NBC Universal, among others, for using his music in the background of the Kardashian family reality TV spin-off show, Khloe & Lamar, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

In the lawsuit filed by Jose Moreno he contends that his music was featured on Khloe Kardshian and Lamar Odom's  show that airs on E! as well as Oxygen's Bad Girls Club — both of which are owned by NBC Universal — and he's seeking at least $75,000 in damages.

According to court documents exclusively obtained by Radar, "Ryan Seacrest Productions, NBC Universal...intentionally edited substantial portions of Jose Moreno's copyrighted musical works into television programs which were publicly performed on prominent cable channels and viewed by millions of people.

"Defendants did so with no license from Jose Moreno, the sole copyright owner."
