According to Page Six, the RHONYwas set to start shooting this week but the two ladies are dragging their stiletto-ed feet.  "Everyone has signed except for Carole and Heather.  Now it's not even about money anymore, it's just about if they want to do the show anymore," a source told the newspaper.

The Post reported that Ramona Singer,  Countess LuAnn de LessepsSonja Morgan and Aviva Drescher all signed their contracts on Thursday.  Longtime housewife Ramona, who will reportedly earn $500,000 for next season, "called everyone to rally the girls to sign," a Page Six source said.

Although Ramona is supposedly getting a huge salary, The New York Observer has reported that an average cast member on the reality show earns just $65,000 per season.

Heather, who runs the shapewear brand Yummie Tummie, and journalist Carole have their own careers outside the show and Heather won't do the show without Carole, the source said. The two reportedly asked producers if they could give them the weekend to think it over but Bravo refused to give them extra time.  However, Heather and Carole said they would continue to negotiate, according to Page Six.
