It's the battle in the Big Apple -- and RadarOnline.com is breaking down who's staying and who's going in the The Real Housewives of New York City contract stand-off.

The stars of the ratings challenged Bravo series are going to war with producers over their salaries for the sixth season with a Friday end-of-business deadline having been set for the six women to sign new contracts or be fired.

Here's the 411:

Despite reports to the contrary, Aviva Drescher has already committed and made bank for her decision to sign a deal three weeks ago, multiple sources confirm to RadarOnline.com.

"Aviva got a huge raise," a source close to production confirmed. "She made $60,000 in her first season but her new contract is for a whopping $100,000."

While her nemesis, Ramona Singer, declared recently that she was "definitely onboard for season six", an insider revealed to us, that deal is still uncertain.

"Ramona still hasn't signed her contract yet and she is getting really nervous about the deal falling through," the source said.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Ramona "shook hands, but then changed her mind at the last minute."

Which begs the question, who will fight with Aviva if Ramona is gone?

Well, we can reveal Sonja Morgan has signed on the dotted line and will be back for another season -- so she can definitely bring the drama!
