Miley Cyrus was the latest celebrity to commit a major beauty blunder in front the fashion bulbs, hitting the Maxim Hot 100 party in Los Angeles on Wednesday night, with really light powder plaguing her face – and RadarOnline.com has the photo.
The scandalous 20-year-old singer, who scored the number one slot on the men’s magazine’s annual list, was dressed to kill in a white and black strapless Valentino jumpsuit paired with Saint Lauren sandals and armed with her Neil Lane engagement ring – but it was her flawed face that grabbed most of the attention.
