Michelle Knight -- one of the three women held captive for nearly a decade in a house of horrors in Cleveland, Ohio -- remains in the hospital as of early Thursday, apparently suffering from both physical and emotional trauma.

Michelle has told investigators that former bus driver Ariel Castro -- now charged with four counts of kidnapping and three counts of rape -- impregnated her "at least 5 times," but that each time he would starve her and then punch her in the stomach to force her to induce a miscarriage, according to Cleveland TV station WEWS-TV.

Despite forcing her to repeatedly miscarry, in yet another disturbing revelation, Michelle told investigators that six years ago, Castro, 52, forced her to deliver a baby born to fellow captive Amanda Berry, and he warned her if the baby were to die, he would kill her.

Michelle told police the newborn girl -- now 6-years-old and named Jocelyn -- stopped breathing at one point, so she "breathed for her," giving mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to keep her alive.

Gina DeJesus – the third woman held captive at the home -- told authorities she too was raped by Castro, but she doesn't believe she ever became pregnant.

Police said the three women were bound by ropes and chains and kept in different rooms in the home. They were allowed outside only a few times to walk to a garage that was steps away, and they were forced to wear disguises.

Knight, 32, DeJesus, 23, Berry, 27, and the little girl were rescued Monday night after Castro, in his apparent haste to get something to eat at a nearby fast food restaurant, forgot to lock the main front door of his home. Instead, he locked only a screen door, allowing Berry to escape with the help of a neighbor, Charles Ramsey, who heard her screams inside the home. Berry then called 911, and police were on the scene within minutes and later arrested Castro at McDonalds.
