'Cougar Town' Star Christa Miller Lists Los Angeles Estate For $11 Million

Cougar Town costar Christa Miller and her husband Bill Lawrence, one the sitcom's creators and producers, are hoping to part with their elegant home in L.A.'s celeb-fav Brentwood neighborhood.
The New England farmhouse-inspired house is just under 10,000 sq. ft. with six bedrooms. There are several fireplaces, a gym and an office. The state of the art kitchen has a butler's pantry.
The property also boasts sophisticated landscaping and a pool.

Unfortunately the couple bought the property just as the real estate market was set to crash, paying $12.6 million for it in 2008.
They listed it for sale in 2010 and again in 2011. Maybe the third time will be the charm.
