Captain America hunk Chris Evans recently purchased a $3.52 million property above Los Angeles' scenic Laurel Canyon -- and while it doesn't include a shield -- there are plenty other things to be excited about.
The walled and gated estate sprawls over almost 4,600 sq. feet and has three bedrooms four-and-a-half bathrooms, according to industry site, The Real Estalker.
Inside, the 31-year-old action hunk -- who's dated Tinseltown divas such as Kate Bosworth, Jessica Biel, Gisele Bündchen and Amy Smart, among others -- will enjoy amenities such as a wet bar, windows that span from the floors to ceilings in the home's master suite, a dark-bottom free-form pool, and panoramic views of the San Fernando Valley.

The house, originally constructed in 1940, was a wise investment for its' previous owners, who bought it for just more than $1.9 million last June, fixed it up with new appliances, countertops, flooring and pain, and put it back on the market eight months later for $3.5 million.
The Avengers heartthrob swooped in, even throwing in an extra $20,000 to seal the deal.
