A disheveled Amanda Bynes -- dressed in tracksuit pants and with her hands cuffed behind her back -- used a platinum blonde wig to shield her face from cameras as New York cops forced her to do a humiliating perp walk following her Thursday night drug bust and arrest.

These are the first photos of the troubled 27-year-old as a New York Police Department officer led her into the 18th Precinct on West 54th Street in Manhattan.

Earlier, at around 7:40 p.m., Bynes was arrested after allegedly smoking marijuana in the lobby of her building. A doorman is said to have alerted police.

When cops arrived and door-knocked the Midtown address, the ex-Nickelodeon star reportedly threw a bong out the window of her 36th floor apartment -- in front of the responding officers. No one was hit when it fell.

The ex-Nickelodeon star was charged with tampering with evidence -- a felony -- as well as reckless endangerment and marijuana possession, police confirmed to RadarOnline.com.

An officer appeared to be carrying an evidence bag as he took Bynes into the precinct, where she was formally charged.

She was walked out after midnight in shackles and declined to answer reporter's questions. Earlier, she was taken to Roosevelt Hospital to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
