If you throw a pity party for Alexis Bellino, be advised the guest of honor might not show.

The Real Housewives of Orange County beauty took to her Bravo blog Tuesday, clarifying that she's "very happy with her life and wouldn't trade it for anyone else's."

Alexis said that a remark castmate Lydia McLaughlin made in the wake of the "Dinner Party From Hell" -- about being confused about who Alexis really is  -- caused introspection on her behalf. This, in turn, led her to a clear declaration as to what she's made of.

"To summarize: I got thrown out of a party. I'm riding home in a limo with someone telling me my feelings aren't justified and I am extremely frustrated, so I am crying," Alexis recalled about the trying night, memorable for her meltdown with accusations of bullying, and a revelation she's used Xanax to combat related depression.

She continued, "I then make the statement that I have Jesus in me, which is why I am so strong, which is the truth. I am not sure where I would be without Him. It's that simple.

"Someone can be strong and frustrated at the same time -- those two qualities can certainly go hand-in-hand."

Alexis said it was her husband, Jim, who helped cement her mentality moving forward.

"Jim always seems to be the voice of reason," she wrote, adding her better half "doesn't like to get caught up in all the he-said, she-said mumbo jumbo."

She said that while Lydia suggested she reach out to rival castmate Heather DuBrow, Jim brought her back to reality.

Hearing him tell me to stop taking their crap, she wrote, solidified my feelings.

See more of Alexis when The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Bravo next Monday at 9/8c.
