A Little Nip And Tuck? Kim Zolciak Has Had 'A Nose Job And Botox,' Says Surgeon

Reality queen Kim Zolciak is making sure she won't be tardy for any party after getting a major makeover!

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star looked decidedly more fresh faced at the 2013 Upfronts in New York on April 3, and RadarOnline.com has the exclusive 411 from a renown plastic surgeon on what he believes the 34-year-old  has had done to achieve her new look.

"It looks like Kim has had a rhinoplasty with tip refinement," Dr. Raffi Hovsepian of RHMD Plastic Surgery in Beverly Hills, who has not worked with the star, tells Radar.

"Her lips look like they have been augmented and her forehead has no creases which leads me to believe she has had a lot of botox as well."

Zolciak, who tied the knot with NFL player Kroy Biermann in a lavish November 2011 wedding, is far from the only cast member of the Atlanta spin off to go under the knife.

“As long as you don’t look plastic a little nip and tuck is OK,” vows 45-year-old NeNe Leakes, who had a breast lift , nose job three years ago.

Meanwhile, Teresa Giudice, 40, claims that nursing her three daughters led to “deflated” breasts so she underwent a boob job in 2008, boosting her bust size from an A to C.
