On the same weekend when Matt Damon will reportedly renew his wedding vows to Luciana Barroso, RadarOnline.com has learned that the Bourne Identity star is also unloading his sensational Miami mansion.
When Damon and Barroso wed eight years ago, she was living in Miami -- a single mom with a young child -- and that's where the pair settled as a couple, with Matt shelling out $10.3 million for their first home as a married couple.

The asking price for the waterfront estate now is $20 million.
The 12,705 sq. ft. Mediterranean-style house has seven bedrooms and 10 baths, plus a home theater and wine cellar.
The waterfront property sits right on Biscayne Bay and has its own dock. There's also a swimming pool and pool house.
Last August, the Damons bought a new estate in Pacific Palisades, not far from their good pals Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, who are reportedly guests at Matt and Luciana's big party on the island of St. Lucia.
