Kelly Osbourne may have transformed her body and lost a whopping 70 pounds, but she still sees herself as a fat person!

The Fashion Police star, who has talked extensively about her weight loss, opens up about her body image struggles and admits that she still doesn’t see herself as skinny in the May 2013 issue of SELF – and RadarOnline.com has the details.

“I call myself a former fat person, and when you’re an FFP, you still see yourself as the person you used to be,” the 28-year-old explains. "That’s something I’m genuinely working on all the time.”

Despite feeling better about her body than she ever has, she still has insecurity issues.

“I’m the most secure and content I’ve ever been. Though I’m still very self-deprecating: I look in the mirror sometimes and I feel likegoing back to bed. Everyone has good days, everyone has bad days,” she said.

When she is feeling insecure, she tries to remember how far she has come and avoid weighing herself on the scale.

“When you change your body, you start to get selfish. You’re like, Oh, but that’s still fat and that’s still gross and why can’t I look like that? To stop myself I have to look at how far I have come. I’ve learned to eat right and look after myself. Also, I don’t weight myself.”

Kelly, who suffered a frightening seizure in March 2013 while taping her show, isn’t letting her health scare slow her down when it comes to her workout and diet regiment.

“I’ve worked hard to get into shape, and I’m going to continue," Kelly said. "Not because being ‘skinny’ is important to me, but because I want to feel good.”
