The Sin City star and mother of two, who recently stripped down and flaunted her better than ever bikini body in St. Barts, wasn’t shy about sharing her not-so-conventional post-preggers slim down secret with Net-A-Porter’s weekly magazine – and RadarOnline.com has the details.
Alba, who has been hailed for her smokin’ hot bikini body since the beginning of her career, admits that wearing not one, but two girdles, helped her sweat away the baby weight in barely any time after giving birth to Haven Garner Warren in August 2011.
“It was brutal; it’s not for everyone,” she admits about the constrictive shape wear. “I wore a double corset day and night for three months. It was sweaty, but worth it.”
However, double girdles were not her only weight loss method! RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed in November 2012 that the big screen bombshell was receiving i-LIPO treatments on her stomach and thighs at the Beauty Park Medical Spa in Santa Monica, California.
