Somebody grab a plunger!

Yet another Carnival cruise ship has been beset by plumbing and power issues, causing toilets to overflow the floors with feces and urine less than a month after the company's well-publicized debacle in the Gulf of Mexico.

"There's human waste all over the floor in some of the bathrooms and they're overflowing -- and in the state rooms," passenger Gregg Stark told CNN. "The elevators have not been working -- they've been turning them on and off, on and off."

Carnival has moored the dysfunctional vessel (which began its' course in Port Canaveral, Fl.) in St. Maarten in the Caribbean.

"During regularly scheduled testing of the ship's emergency diesel generator, a malfunction occurred," Carnival said in a statement.

Coast Guard authorities in Miami said the issues were likely tied to problems with the ship's propulsion system. Many aboard complained that passengers weren't allowed to de-board the boat after it had been docked Wednesday.

The company will route the passengers on private charter flights back home and issue refunds for three days of the ill-fated 7-day journey, as well as a 50 percent discount for future cruises.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, in February, the Triumph cruise ship was forced to dock in in Mobile, Ala. after it was stranded in the Gulf of Mexico for five days following an engine fire. In addition to floors coated in human waste, food was severely limited for the estimated 4,200 aboard.

Carnival President and CEO Gerry Cahill said the company is slated to conduct a throughout review of its' 23 ships in the wake of the recent incidents.
