'Gossip Girl' Kelly Rutherford Sells WeHo Bungalow For $980,000, Take A Peek Inside

Kelly Rutherford has finally unloaded her West Hollywood house, but it hurt.

The actress listed the charming two bedroom, two bath bungalow almost two years ago for $300,000 more than the eventual $980,000 selling price. Rutherford bought the property in 2005 for $1,250,000.

The Spanish-style house was built in 1926, and has hardwood flooring and a formal dining room.  There's a back deck, perfect for entertaining, with a built-in barbecue and bar.

Rutherford is involved in an ongoing custody battle with her ex-husband, who has moved to France with their two children.
