David Hasselhoff's daughter has publicly and repeatedly denied RadarOnline.com's exclusive report that she was charged with a DUI, but we have the court documents that prove otherwise!

In Superior Court of California dockets obtained by RadarOnline.com, it clearly states that Hayley Amber Hasselhoff was arrested by the California Highway Patrol, West Valley Station, late last year and charged with two counts — one of which is 23152 (A), Driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENTS: Court Dockets Prove Hayley Hasselhoff Was Charged With A DUI

"She did not get a DUI. It is a huge error," Hayley's rep said when she contacted RadarOnline.com about the original report.

"She was let go that night with a speeding ticket."

However, while the court docket does show a speeding violation, it also shows the DUI charge!

On January 16 Hayley, 20, failed to appear at her arraignment in front of Judge Rebecca Omens and was without counsel. A bench warrant was issued and bail was set at $26,000.

According to the docs, she did not appear at a February 11 arraignment in front of the same judge but was represented by private counsel, Jovan D. Jones. The judge revoked the warrant at that point.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight ,after RadarOnline.com broke the news of her DUI charge, Hayley denied the charges stating, "The story that broke this week is absolutely false. I did not get a DUI, nor did I get arrested. I wish that the press would do their diligence to get their facts straight."

Message to Hayley: These court documents don't lie, and you are scheduled to appear in the Van Nuys, Calif. court on February 25, 2013.
