Tina Simpson Desperate To Move On From Joe, Slashes House Price By Nearly $1M!

Just weeks before Tina and Joe Simpson announced their decision to divorce, they listed their swanky Encino, Calif. mansion they once shared, and RadarOnline.com has learned the one-time couple has already drastically dropped the asking price — by nearly $1 million!
First listed in October for $4.3 million, the storybook English country home is now listed on Estately for a much lower price of $3.5 million.
Featuring 6-bedrooms and 7-bathrooms, the 6,895 square-foot estate sits on 1.5 acres of land in the gated community of The Colony and is the epitome of resort style living.
In fact, their daughter Ashlee Simpson held her Alice in Wonderland-themed wedding to Pete Wentz there in 2008 before they divorced in 2011.
Jessica, who is currently engaged to her long-time fiancé Eric Johnson, also has a divorce under her belt. In 2005, she and then-husband Nick Lachey went their separate ways.
Jessica and Eric welcomed their daughter Maxwell last May, and by November the couple were already pregnant with their second child.
