The Monte Carlo beauty, 20, performed at UNICEF’s Saturday night benefit at the Best Buy Theater, and stayed until 2:30 a.m. for the after-party.
During the benefit show, the Texas-born beauty hammered home the point that she and the Biebs are no more with a pair of songs about moving forward from a dead relationship: Taylor Swift’s I Knew you Were Trouble and Justin Timberlake’s Cry Me a River.
Before she sang the Swift song, she told the crowd, “It’s by my best friend in the entire world, and if anybody has felt anything painful to their heart, they know who this girl is … sing along if you know it.”
The Love You like a Love Song singer later told the crowd, “I’ve been through a lot the last couple of months … it’s been sad and cool, but interesting.”
After the song she tweeted, “Thank You to all who came out to support @unicefusa last night, could not have been a bigger success. I love you all. See you soon NY.”
