Nickelodeon Star Miranda Cosgrove Buys $2.65 Million Home, Take A Peek Inside

She is only 19 years old, but iCarly actress Miranda Cosgrove has just made a very grown up purchase!
The Nickelodeon star has bought a beautifully renovated home in the Hollywood Hills for $2.65 million, reported Trulia Luxe Living, and RadarOnline.com has photos inside her stunning new house.
According to reports, Cosgrove earned around $180,000 per episode of iCarly up until the series finale in November 2012, making her one of the highest paid child stars on television. Currently attending the University of California, Los Angeles, her new residence is conveniently located close to the classrooms where she is studying theater and writing.
The L.A. native's beautifully renovated, traditional-style home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is 2,942 square feet on a 12,699 square-foot lot, with a gourmet chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances, a media/family room with wet bar, and gracious living and formal dining rooms.
The pretty property is kept private from inquiring fans by a fence and high hedges that hide the grassy backyard, pool, spa and covered pavilion with flat screen TV, and multiple sitting areas.
