Madonna Lists Her Beverly Hills Estate For $22.5 Million

Is Madonna trying to be a little less material? The singer has listed her Beverly Hills estate for sale, with an asking price of $22. 5 million.
The 1.7 acre property, in one of the prime areas of Bev Hills, has a 17,000 sq. ft. gabled-roof main house with nine bedrooms, a two-story dining room, screening room and gym.
There is a hotel-size swimming pool and a tennis court, and state of the art security system.
Madonna tried to quietly unload the property last year but has now made the listing public via MLS, reports The Los Angeles Times .
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, in November, Madonna put her 6,000 sq. ft. New York apartment up for sale with a #23.5 million price tag.
