Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are selling their stunning New York City apartment, and it has hit the market with an equally stunning $24.5 million price tag.

The 6,792 sq. ft. two story penthouse has five bedrooms, “convertible to seven,” according to the listing, an enormous living room, two dining rooms, a gym, two offices, and media room.

The kitchen is one of the apartment’s main selling points. It’s an eat-in kitchen that can seat 12. There are three Sub-Zero refrigerators, two Electrolux dishwashers – Ripa is a spokeswoman for the company – and a commercial-size Wolf range.

The apartment has twice as much outdoor living space than most NYC units have indoors – 2,500 sq. ft. to be exact. There’s a hot tub, full outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and outdoor shower.
