Not every star got it right on the fashion front this week!

From the New Year’s Eve celebrations across the globe to the city streets, Hollywood’s hottest celebrities were dressed to rock and shock in the best, worst and wackiest fashions to ring in 2013 – and RadarOnline.com has all the wardrobe winners and style sinners in our weekly feature.

On New Year’s Eve, newly single Zoe Saldanasizzled in Miami with Nervo at Catch and SL Miami, wearing a gorgeous green Emilio Pucci dress with Sydney Evan earrings and Rupert Sanderson heels, while Fergie looked fabulously foxy in a chartreuse Oliver Tolentino one-shoulder gown at Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest.

Kim Kardashian probably didn’t get any congratulatory cards from PETA about her pregnancy! The 32-year-old reality star committed a major fashion fur pas, looking like Cruella de Vil in a black and white Lanvin fur coat, making matters worse with her $50,000 crocodile Hermes Birkin bag. Later in the week, exposing her famous assets when she hit the gym in skintight workout pants, forgetting to put on her panties.

Now that’s one way to get yourself some attention! The newest cast member of Love & Hip HopErica Mena, hit the show’s Season 3 premiere in a dress that makes Ice-T’s curvy wife Coco seem conservative.

Other style scores included Miranda Kerr, showing off superior streets style in a yellow Stella McCartney blazer with a Rag & Bone skirt, floral Erdem top, Celine pumps and a Miu Miu bag and Kerry Washington in a colorful and powerfully patterned Peter Pilotto dress, which she paired with Nicholas Kirkwood heels, for the RomeDjango Unchained photo call.
