Move Over Sandra Bullock, Reese Witherspoon Is The Real Miss Congeniality! Ojai Pines For Their 'Perfect Neighbor'

Ojai is missing its favorite neighbor!
Since Reese Witherspoon sold her sprawling retreat in Ojai, California, her neighbors have longed for her baked cakes and kids’ parties, claiming that life just isn’t the same without the 36-year-old This Means War actress in the neighborhood, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
“Reese really was the perfect neighbor,” an Ojai local tells RadarOnline.com. “Whenever someone new moved into the area and Reese was in town, she would immediately welcome them with a baked cake.
“It must have been an incredible surprise for them opening the door to a Hollywood A-lister, but she was just so welcoming and down to earth.
“Reese also threw the best kids’ parties in town. Her own children Ava and Deacon knew all the local kids and Reese always loved entertaining them at her home.
“When news broke that she was selling her home, everyone was devastated because they couldn’t have had a nicer person living them. She is well and truly missed.
"You would truly never know she is this Oscar winning huge star, Reese is one of the nicest, straightest, down to earth people and she always had a kind word and smile for all."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Reese recently welcomed a new baby boy into her family.
The Legally Blonde star gave birth to her new bundle of joy, son Tennessee James Toth, on Thursday, Sept. 27.
“Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today,” her rep announced in a statement.
“Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled.”
Just prior to the birth, Reese listed her Ojai estate, nestled in the mountains between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, for $10 million.
It was where Robert Pattinson stayed when news broke of the scandalous affair between his girlfriend Kristen Stewart and her married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.
