The "littlest little" just turned three!

Happy birthday Josie Brooklyn Duggar, the youngest child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar whose premature birth at 25 weeks was featured prominently in their hit TLC show 19 Kids and Counting.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Josie was born via emergency c-section on December 10, 2009 weighing just 1lb 6 oz and she spent her first months in the hospital hundreds of miles away from home with her loving family by her side as she bravely battled for her life.

Little Josie's health struggles were a constant source of fear for the family, who put their faith in God and prayed for her health.

"We didn't know if she would survive," Michelle confessed at the time, but three years later Josie is thriving, and running wild with the rest of the Duggar kids!

"Today, she is a healthy, energetic toddler," the Duggar family blog said in a new post, under the headline: Josie Duggar: Three and Thriving!

"We thanked God," Michelle previously told RadarOnline.

"It put it all in perspective. You can't determine the outcome in a situation like that. You just thank God for the moments you had with them. We took a lot of pictures and just tried to cherish every minute that we had her with us."
