Jessica Simpson announced the happy news that she’s expecting again on Christmas, but the holiday wasn’t perfect for her because her usually tight-knit family was split on the big day.
Jessica, her fiancé Eric Johnson and their daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson were joined by her mom, Tina Simpson, on their Hawaiian vacation, where they went shopping together for last minute gifts and wrapping paper.
Jess and Eric took a romantic stroll on the beach while they were enjoying the warm tropical weather.
Ever since her dad’s shocking gay scandal broke, the Simpson family has been torn apart, and it seems like they couldn’t make amends for Christmas.
Joe Simpson tweeted that he was going to be celebrating with his younger daughter.
"Spending Xmas wish Ashlee. Best if times,” he wrote about a holiday that in the past he would have spent with his whole family.
