Jennifer Aniston may be eating for two!
The former Friend, who recently got engaged to her boyfriend Justin Theroux and has been shooting down pregnancy rumors, hit a Los Angeles spa over the weekend, where she showed off what looked like a slightly bigger midsection, and RadarOnline.com has the photo.
The 43-year-old didn't appear to be attempting to hide her fuller figure, wearing form-fitting sweatpants with a long-sleeved top.
Jen indulged in four hours of treatments at the Beverly Hills spa on Saturday afternoon.
Despite denying recent reports that she is pregnant with her first child, she has been going to all extremes to cover up her midsection whenever she is in public.
The following day, her fiance did a little holiday shopping at Kelly Cole in Los Angeles.
