Billie Joe Armstrong and his wife, Adrienne, have listed their sweet Newport Beach, CA cottage for sale with an asking price of $1,895,000.
The pair bought the unimposing house in 2006 and rebuilt it from the ground up. The two story cottage has three bedrooms and three and a half baths, and the living room which has a fireplace, opens to a private patio.
There’s a white picket fence out front of the property that’s just a couple of bocks from the water.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Armstrong had a guitar-smashing meltdown on stage in Las Vegas in September. His band put out a statement the next day saying their frontman was headed to rehab.
The Armstrongs’ primary home is in the super-wealthy San Francisco suburb of Piedmont.
