As previously reported, an eyewitness says Lindsay was heavily drinking alcohol and using cocaine the night she was arrested at Avenue nightclub in Manhattan.

Meanwhile, Lohan will be arraigned December 15 on misdemeanor charges of lying to the cops, reckless driving and obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty. Lilo isn’t required to attend the arraignment because it’s a misdemeanor but the judge could order her to do so.

The charges are a direct violation of her 2011 probation in connection with her conviction for stealing jewelry from a Venice boutique.

If found guilty of a probation violation, she could be sentenced to more than 250 days in county jail.
