Kim Kardashian wants out of her marriage STAT!
The buxom reality star is struggling to obtain a divorce from her husband of 72 days, Kris Humphries, more than a year after they split and her lawyer says that Kim is eager to move on from her mistaken marriage and make a fresh start.
"Ms. Kardashian is now handcuffed to Kris Humphries," her high-profile lawyer Laura Wasser said in a Los Angeles court on Wednesday.
"These delays are forcing her to be married. She wants to dissolve her marriage so she can move on with her life. I don't think Kris has a case, it's a fishing expedition."
Meanwhile, Kris' attorneys have been deposing multiple people, including Kim's current beau Kanye West, in order to prove their claim of fraud, saying that she did everything for her TV show.
"All she has to do is agree to an annulment," Kris' lawyer Marshall Waller said in court.

Waller said that he was having trouble contacting the witnesses that they wanted to speak with, saying "these people are hard to locate."
The judge has set a February 15 hearing date to determine if the case will go to trial.
Outside the courthouse, Kim’s attorney said they are hoping to go to trial "because that's the only way this will end. There was no fraud."
