Britney Spears gave no quarter to her teen team on Thursday's edition of The X Factor, as the Lucky singer channelled her inner Simon Cowell in letting the youths know what worked -- and what didn't -- and we've got the clip for you right here on RadarOnline.com.

The critical Britney said that Diamond White "cares about her moves too much" and "needs to work on her stage performance."

Rapper James Tanner's routine had the Gimme More singer "not convinced it was strong enough."

After Reed Deming, 13, belted out his rendition of the Plain White T's Hey There Delilah, Britney said, "I think he could deliver a little bit better than he did."

Beatrice Miller's Titanium received an equally-tepid response from the Southern Belle, as Britney thought the teen needed "to control her voice a little more … she's loud … she needs to control her loudness."

Spears called Carly Rose Sonenclar "a very talented young girl," but added she's "sort of scared that she may not be able to cope with the pressure of everything."

In the end, Arin Ray and Tanner did not make the cut, setting up next week's show, as The X Factor returns on Fox Wednesday at 8/7c.
