An outrageous lawsuit was filed against Tom Cruise earlier this summer in which a man is seeking nearly $34 million in damages and custody of the actor's daughter, Suri Cruise, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Filed in Delaware on July 5, 2012, under the Whistleblower Protection Act, Slim Shady Holmes (you can see where this is going…) alleges that Suri is being "brainwashed" into Scientology, that he witnessed Tom "dancing in his underwear with John Travolta" and claims that Tom is "on the prowl" and will likely "impregnate the Octo-Mom next."

The complaint is riddled with spelling and grammar errors and name-drops numerous famous people including Katie Holmes, Matt Damon, Jeff Gordon, George Zimmerman, Posh Spice (Victoria Beckham), Keith Urban, Jackie Chan and Saddam Hussein.

"Tom Cruise got a tatoo sic of Kat Von D on his inner thigh," the document reads. "Cruise would indoctornate sic Suri Cruise with repeats of Dawson Creek… Tom Cruise pretended he was the last samurai, attacked me, killer clowns from outter sic space, and the milky way candy bar company, and mr. goodbar was a witness."

MORE ON:
John Travolta

The documents were mailed from an address in New York City belonging to a Korean barbecue restaurant that we're guessing Slim Shady frequently eats at.
