Crazy Town Singer Seth Binzer Sued For Car Accident

This has not been a good year for Crazy Town lead singer Seth Binzer. He fell into a drug induced coma after going on a binge of pills, GHB and crack in April, but miraculously recovered and now RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned he’s been hit with a lawsuit following a car accident he was involved in back in 2010.
EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENTS: Seth Binzer Sued For Car Accident
Binzer has been accused of causing “injuries and damages” by Erika Holmes in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles.
The court documents claim Binzer “wantonly, recklessly, tortuously” was operating his car when it collided with Holmes’ car.
Binzer is also known by the name Shifty Shellshock, and the lawsuit questions which is his real name, stating “Plantiff is unaware of the true names and capacities of the Defendants.”
Holmes’ high-powered attorney Sean Macias states that she suffered “permanent bodily injuries” and is asking for general damages and medical and related expenses.
