The drama between Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook might outlast the cockroaches.
Cook’s current wife Suzanne Shaw told the NY Post in an e-mail The Uptown Girl has been “planting rumors that [my] marriage is falling apart,” as well as having “orchestrated this whole thing dating back months.”
“I think we can all agree, she has thoroughly punished Peter far beyond his . . . infidelity of six years ago for which he remains irrevocably sorry,” Shaw wrote. “Once and for all, it is time to move on!”

Shaw — calling Brinkley “obsessed and viciously unhappy with revenge” — said it’s “no secret Christie wants to be in the spotlight at any cost.”
And giving credence to the expression, A Little Child Shall Lead Them, the couple’s son Jack told the paper his parents’ “divorce took place years ago, and it’s time for everyone to move past it.”
