Did Sofia Vergara Slap Her Fiance With A $10 Million Prenup To Stop Him Cheating?

Modern Family star Sofia Vergara hasn't even walked down the aisle yet, and she's already scared that her future hot hubby is going to cheat, according to the new issue of the National Enquirer.
According to the Enquirer, the sexy Latina actress has slapped playboy Nick Loeb with an ironclad prenuptial agreement before she says "I do," stating that if he dares to cheat on her it will cost him a cool $10 million "and it escalates incrementally if she finds he's been with more than one woman!"
Vergara, 40, is in wedding planning overload and the legal aspects of the marriage are just one of the things she is obsessing over as she prepares to tie the knot with the millionaire younger man.
"Sofia's shifted their nuptial plans into high gear and she's completely consumed with every aspect of the event," an insider told the Enquirer. "She says God is in the details and this wedding is going to be absolutely heavenly!"
While she's excited to finally wed, the curvaceous actress isn't letting the romance of the big day distract her from the reality of 37-year-old Nick's wandering eye.
The Emmy award winning star was devastated earlier this summer when the Enquirer reported that Loeb had cheated on her with prostitutes and strippers, but he managed to sweet talk his way back into her heart with a romantic proposal during a vacation in Mexico, where he swore he'd never stray again.
"Sofia is still crazy about Nick, but when he begged for her hand in marriage, she told him, 'Put your money where your mouth is,'" said the insider. The son of an ambassador and banking heir, Nick is said to be worth $15 million, "so if there's ever an indiscretion on his part during the marriage, he'd pretty much be cleaned out," the source added.
According to the Enquirer, the happy couple is planning a beachfront ceremony at sunset with hundreds of guests. Sofia has been in constant contact with Vera Wang about designing the gown, and she's planning a pan-global menu with Mexican, Japanese and Italian food.
