Former 'Laguna Beach' Star Talan Torriero Busted For DUI

Former Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County star Talan Torriero was busted on suspicion of drunk driving in Laguna Beach, Calif. early Saturday morning, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Talan, 25, was pulled over at 12:33 a.m. on September 1 after he made an illegal left turn and was asked to perform a series of field sobriety tests after the officer smelled alcohol on his breath.

According to the Laguna Beach Police Department, the officer arrested Talan for driving under the influence of alcohol.

"Talan was booked at the Laguna Beach Police Department on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent," a police spokesperson told RadarOnline.com.

"Talan was released at 7:25 a.m. in the morning on his own recognizance."

Talan is due to appear in the Harbor Court-Newport Beach on October 15, 2012.
