Still No Divorce Papers! Demi Moore Remains Silent About If She Was Legally Married To Ashton Kutcher

Ashton Kutcher’s  romance with Mila Kunis is very public now, which must be a strange thing for Demi Moore to deal with, but oddly she has yet to file for divorce, and the actress is staying decidedly mum on the subject of why, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As we previously reported, sources close to the couple have speculated that their Kabbalah wedding was just a symbolic ceremony and not a legal marriage, and her actions now seem to back up those claims.

After Ashton was caught cheating on Demi on their sixth wedding anniversary they separated, and in November 2011 she released a statement announcing the "end of their marriage" but she has never filed for divorce from him.

“As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life,” Demi said in her statement, but never pulled a trigger to legally end her marriage.

RadarOnline.com reached out to Demi’s rep to ask for comment, but has not received a response.
