Who was dressed to rock and shock?

From the red carpet of the hottest events like the MTV Video Music Awards and the Toronto International Film Festival to the city streets, Hollywood’s hottest stars were dressed to rock and shock in the best, worst and wackiest fashions – and RadarOnline.com has all the photos in our weekly feature.

At the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards on Thursday night Rihanna, who is the latest star to chop off her locks, debuted her new ‘do in white hot and sophisticated Adam Selman gown paired with Neil Lane and Jacqui Aiche bling, while Pink slinked down the carpet in a snazzy Stella McCartney number. Rita Ora failed to hit the high note with her Emilio Pucci jumpsuit, but Nicki Minaj definitely managed to shock with her sheer lace catsuit and officer’s cap ensemble.

At the Toronto International Film Festival, Kristen Stewart cleaned up for the premiere of On the Road, wearing an embroidered Zuhair Murad sleeved dress with black stilettos and showing off a flawless face courtesy of celebrity makeup artist Mai Quynh. Other TIFF scores included Marion Cotillard in Dior Haute Couture and Emily Blunt in Roland Mouret.

Kate Bosworth, who officially announced her engagement this week, showed off the most stellar street style, jazzing up her Joie Florenza Dress with a jeweled Miu Miu Grained Madras Flap Bag and aviator shades on the streets of NYC.
