Teen Mom Farrah To Address Drug & Drinking Allegations On Dr. Drew

Teen Mom Farrah Abraham will appear on Dr. Drew Pinsky's HLN show Tuesday night to discuss allegations that she has been abusing Adderall, Xanax while drinking alcohol, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

"Farrah wants to set the record straight about what is going on in her life," a source close to the reality star tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

As we previously reported, Farrah's friend, Austin Mathouser told us: "When she was in Hollywood to celebrate her 21st birthday we partied at Geisha House and Kiss Lounge in Beso. All throughout dinner and at the club she talked about how she does Xanax and Adderall to stay up and energized. She frequented the bathroom that whole night taking them to stay up."

The single mother confesses to past drug abuse and a suicide attempt in her upcoming memoir, My Teenage Dream Ended, but she claims she's won the battle.

Farrah was pregnant with her daughter Sophia when the baby daddy, Derek Underwood, died in a tragic car crash in 2008, leading Farrah to contemplate suicide and drown her emotions with marijuana and cocaine.

HLN's Dr. Drew airs at 6 p.m. PST & 9 p.m. EST.
