As speculation mounts that Justin Timberlake will very soon be heading to the altar with fiancee Jessica Biel, the 'Sexy Back' singer has listed his New York City bachelor pad in favor of a more suitable marital home.

The groom-to-be first bought the Manhattan penthouse in the Soho Mews in 2010 for $6.56 million, and is now putting it on the market with a hefty price increase at $7.65 million, reported Trulia Luxe Living.

The stunning penthouse features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a gas burning fireplace, and a large, private, set-back wrap terrace. Equally as stylish as its dashing owner, the home features a dramatic glass curtain wall and ten foot high ceiling that lets the light flood in and offers stunning views of Soho and the Empire State Building.

The talented entertainer also has plenty of party space, with a kitchen packed with elm and glass cabinets, granite, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and wine storage, Miele ovens and dishwasher, a designer cooktop and fully-vented hood.
