Jessica Simpson is working hard to drop her 70 pregnancy pounds and she’s doing it with the help of Weight Watchers and a great attitude.

The new mom, who gave birth to her daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson on May 1, is taking her weight loss seriously by cutting out the fast food, fried food and booze she loved so much.
