The luscious Latina, who is featured on the September 2012 cover of InStyle, reveals her stay-fit and beauty secrets – and RadarOnline.com has the details. 

The mother of two, Max and Emme, may have been blessed with a beautiful physique, but she has to break a sweat to maintain it.

“I’m working with my trainer, Autumn Fladmo, doing the Tracy Anderson method right now,” she reveals. “We do a lot of arms and legs and abs. She also throws in little dance routines just to get the blood moving.  And I use weights – nothing too heavy, just enough to work up that sweat and get in shape and get the body nice and limber.”

And while the sexy singer, who is currently dating her much younger choreographer Casper Smart, definitely burns calories on the dance floor, the aerobic activity also serves a sensual purpose.

“I’m a dancer, so dance and choreography have always been a way to express myself.  Anything you do with music or a song, or even playing a character, is a way of expressing yourself.  Dance just happens to be a very sensual way of doing it.”
