Mariah Carey is selling the stunning Bahamas beachfront villa where she married Nick Cannon in 2008.

The singer has placed the luxurious mansion on the market for a whopping $5.5 million and RadarOnline.com can take you inside, courtesy of our friends at Realestalker.

The 4,000-square foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom property, named Sea Lily, sits on the exclusive Windermere Island which is only accessible by private helicopter or a bridge manned by a guard.

“Windermere is a private island, popular with a handful of well known owners who have their homes here,” the listing on Ocean Villas Group reads. ”Sea Lily is right on the ocean front and has superb views from every room of the house. It is just a few steps from the villa to the beach in front.”

The property boasts stunning views of the ocean and surrounding sun bleached beaches and there's a 40ft swimming pool if you don't want to get sandy.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Mariah, Nick and their super cute 'dem babies' have currently relocated to the swanky Hamptons, where the family is renting a home for $150,000 a month!

The six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom estate is set on picturesque grounds by a calming creek and opens out to a Balinese resort-style back yard with a negative edge swimming pool and floating cabanas.

The basement of the 7,500 sq. ft mansion has a movie theater for cozy nights in, a wine cellar and staff quarters for their huge entourage.
