Lara Flynn Boyle, who rose to fame on the 1990s show Twin Peaks, pushed her shopping cart around Los Angeles over the weekend, looking puffy-faced and nearly unrecognizable – and RadarOnline.com has the photos.
Looking incredibly thin in a t-shirt and baggy khaki pants, the 42-year-old actress, who was once considered one of the most beautiful television actresses, looked drastically different from the stunning star who glammed up Hollywood award shows during her heyday.
"Lara Flynn Boyle's face looks like it's melting," celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated the star, previously told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview in April 2012.
After many years of plumping, "Now her face looks like it's deflated, with resultant loose skin."
